Your contractual partner is Studio Film Bilder, owned by Thomas Meyer-Hermann, based at Ostendstrasse 106, 70188 Stuttgart, Germany.

A contract only comes into effect when we have confirmed your order in writing, by fax, or by e-mail. In the event that an article you have ordered is unavailable, we reserve the right not to fulfill the contract and to not supply goods or services initially tendered.

We only deliver goods against prepayment, cash on delivery, or direct debit, whereby you issue us with a mandate to collect this and any subsequent payments directly from your bank account. Goods remain the property of Studio Film Bilder until full and final payment has been received.

Please note that in accordance with Section 3 of the German Distance Selling Act (Fernabsatzgesetz) you have the right to cancel an order. You may do this without stating a reason in writing, by letter, fax, by any other permanent medium, or by e-mail, within two weeks of receipt of delivery (cooling-off period). In exercising such cancellation, you do not have to give a reason. Any cancellation should be directed to the following address:

A letter sent before the end of the cooling-off period, or the return of the product, are sufficient for cancellation. For orders of a value up to €40, the customer will bear any costs for the return of goods.

All legal relations between Studio Film Bilder and its customers and business partners are governed by German law. The Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is not applicable.

If you reside or are normally resident outside of Germany, the court of jurisdiction for all claims or disputes arising from your order, is Stuttgart, Germany. We also have the right to enter legal proceedings against you before your own designated court of jurisdiction. In the case of a legal dispute, all writs should be sent to the following
